This fully welded stainless steel bending beam load cell is hermetically sealed to IP68 / IP69K and can be usedin the harshest industrial environments. It is suitable for weighing platforms, bag fillers, belt weighers and tankweighing in the Food Processing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and general Bulk Handling industries.OIML C3 or C6 approved versions are available. A 6 wire cable (with sense wires) is supplied as standard.T66 load cells are available with ATEX certification for all Gas and Dust zones. ATEX certification forDust zones 20, 21 and 22 does not require safety barriers, saving substantial cost.For applications in aggressive environments where stress corrosion or acid attack is an issue, a special Parylenecoating can be specified as an option. High temperature variants for continuous operation in environments up to150??C are also available.

It’s an ideal solution for weighbridges (truck scales) thanks to its approval to OIML C4 (4000divisions) and integral lightning surge arrestors. As well as being extremely tough, the cable’s halogen-freePolyurethane sheath has high resistance to rats, chemical attack, cuts, ultraviolet light and temperature changes.Anti-rotation is achieved by means of 2 flat faces on either side of the load cell base, with corresponding flat faces inthe lower mounting cup.Corner adjustment time is minimised because the T34 has optimized pre-corner adjustment (calibrated in mV/V/Ohmby output current matching at ± 0.05 %).For use in weighbridges (truck scales) a set of zinc plated steel mounting cups, centering discs and bolts is availableas an optional accessory.For applications in aggressive environments where stress corrosion or acid attack could be a problem, a specialParylene coating can be specified as an option. Vessel weighing problems solved simply and cost effectively.The T20 stainless steel compression load cell is specifically designed as a reliable, simple, low cost solution forweighing of tanks, silos and vessels where level measurement is the main criteria.The load cell is mounted in either a zinc plated or stainless steel low profile, extremely compact mountingassembly which has integral jacking to allow load cell installation and removal, lift-off prevention and allowancefor angular mis-alignment. The design is suitable for use either as a totally live system with load cells under alllegs/support points of the vessel or where cost is paramount, in a dummy system with either one live and twodummy cells or two live and two dummy cells.

This stainless steel shear beam load cell is available with approval according to OIML R60 Class C3 (3000divisions) and is calibrated in mV/V/Ω by output current matching, which minimises corner correction time onmulti-cell systems.The T85 is fully welded and hermetically sealed to IP68 and IP69K as standard. It can therefore be used in theharshest industrial environments and it’s typically used in weigh platforms, tank and vessel weighing, big bag(FIBC) filling systems, conveyors and machinery using weighing as part of its function. Capacities range from300kg to 10,000kg.The Polyurethane cable provides excellent protection against chemicals, UV radiation, rodents and damagefrom cuts/impacts. ATEX approval for all Gas and Dust zones is available as an option. The certification fordust zones 20, 21 and 22 does not require safety barriers, which creates a large cost saving.For applications in aggressive environments where stress corrosion or acid attack could be a problem, the T85can be supplied with an optional Parylene coating.For high temperature applications, an optional version of the T85 is available for operation in environments upto 150°C (continuous temperature).
